Job Description
Location: Nationwide (100% Travel Required)
Compensation: $26/hr + $80/day per diem + Lunch reimbursement
We are seeking an experienced Driver/Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation or welding of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
- Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Accurately report time and attendance using technology
- Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Full-time; work hours based on job site requirements.
Requirements
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
- 100% nationwide travel required
- You are responsible for your own lodging
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
- Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
